Frame Puzzles That Agents Have Worked on Together

Here is a fun way to inspire teamwork as well as a sense of ownership in your contact centre.

Buy a few large puzzles and set them up in the break-out room so that your agents can work on them together.

Once the puzzles are completed, you can then frame them and hang them around the contact centre to remind your agents of what they can achieve as a team.
