Improve Attendance With a Weekly Lunch

Here is a great way to help boost attendance in your contact centre.

Host a weekly team lunch where all of your agents in a team are allowed a free lunch, so long as there is no more than one instance of absence (excluding holiday) during that week.

You should find that everyone’s attendance improves, as they won’t want to let their team down (and cost them a free lunch) by being absent.
