Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

Salary: £40-45,000 plus bonus bens.


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly developed customer focussed strategy and team created to deliver a continuous improvement culture, methodology and framework.

Working within a large complex, challenging operation, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be accountable for driving and embedding a portfolio of Continuous Improvement and Change programmes that deliver sustainable improvements.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will deliver changes in order to transform  operational processes, support infrastructure, people capability and communications making them effective, consistent and customer orientated across the Customer Services function. The role will manage a team of Continuous Improvement Leads and lead virtual team of cross – functional subject matter experts to deliver complex cross functional projects and improvements in support of the operating plan and commercial targets.

You will work in close collaboration with the wider customer experience and sustainability team and senior stakeholders in the domestic business; and will be instrumental in the delivery of the Customer Service Transformation Plan.

If you are interested in applying for this role you will need proven success in customer focussed change management role. Excellent planning skills in a project related problem solving within a complex business environment.

Trained in LEAN and/or Six Sigma (or similar change methodology) would be advantageous.
