CCA are privileged to be working with a leading BPO who seek to bring on board experienced Operations Managers within their teams based in Northern Ireland (Belfast, Derry/London Derry)

The purpose of the role is to manage a team on a key account with a focus on delivering first class customer service. You will be responsible for managing through people led channels including- voice, email, live chat and social media.

Main purpose of a Contact Centre Operations Manager

• Lead a high performing team
• Recruit for the team
• Deliver exceptional Operational performance
• Recognise the potential of people within your team and develop their capability and strengths improve the overall ability of the team
• Inspire and empower and lead people to deliver excellence
• Contribute to the development of their Site Operation Plan
• Managing Key Stakeholders

Key Requirements of a Contact Centre Operations Manager

• Proven ability to motivate, empower, coach and develop people
• Understand how to raise capability within a team and continued improvement of the team
• Proven experience working in a change environment/improvement projects
• A self-developer
• Commercial awareness
• Proven ability to deliver successful business strategy
• Track record of delivering successful targets and delivering high performance
• Management of sizable teams
• Understanding of KPIs
