First Line Control - Control Assurance Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Analyst with First Line Control experience. You will be responsible for the management of the Operations Control Monitoring schedule to ensure First Line compliance to policy(s). You will be responsible for reviewing all control standards to identify 1st Line responsibilities. This is a brand new role, within a new team so a great opportunity to add value and shape this position.
About the Role:
Assess the effectiveness of FS Operational controls, ensuring first line remains complaint
Provide support to operations to enhance controls
Develop monitoring routines and report outcomes of testing
Development of monitoring routine for high risk areas outside of policy
Escalation of identified risks and gaps to Control Lead
Responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of monitoring activities
The role holder will be responsible for the development of a robust and effective workflow tool to manage the monitoring schedule. This role enables an open channel of communication between First & Second Line and stakeholders across Operations
Required Skills and Experience:
A good level of understanding of regulatory requirements
Experience in providing MI and status reports
Experience of actively participating in collaboration sessions with the Incident Management Team, Quality Monitoring & Outcome Testing Team, Quality Assurance & Control Team and RCA & Insight team
Able to influence and communicate confidentially at all levels
Stakeholder Management experience
Experience and Build strong working relationships with 2nd and 3rd Line
