Working for a well-established company that due to expansion is looking for a dynamic and successful Client Services Manager
My client has been established for over 25 years and offers a specialist customer experience and marketing solutions targeting the B2B market
The successful person with take full ownership of Client Services and Marketing Clients. You will be required to deliver outstanding customer experience and added value to the clients. You will report directly to the Head of Client Services.To manage the delivery of a portfolio of clientsMaintain client satisfaction and retention of accountsPrepare commercial client proposals and deliver presentationsAdd value to the clients’ decision making Explore growth opportunitiesWorking to and achieving targets
My client is looking for someone that is already experienced in client services and has experience of working within the contact centre space. Working in telecoms is an advantage. You will work closing with the account managers and account executives in this growing team
