We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join our fast paced call centre in Bingley.
Our Customer Service Advisors are at the forefront of our business, working in our busy call centre you will be the first point of contact for our customers and that will involve a lot more than just answering questions.

Hours of work
Our Call Centre is operational from 8:00am until 8:00pm 7 days a week, so we are looking for people who are flexible and adaptable to be available for our customers when they need us.
What we will be looking for in you:
You will need excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. A high level of motivation is essential, as well as being highly customer service focused and a desire to exceed customer expectations. A flexible approach and strong team working skills are also required, as well as excellent time management.
You must also be available to commit to a 5 day training programme, Monday to Friday 9.00am -5.00pm every day.
