Call Centre Team Leader

Our client is a leading financial services administration business based in Telford Shropshire are looking to add to their team by recruiting an experienced front office and a back-office Call Centre Team Leader.

The role of a Call Centre Team Leader is to lead in the provision of efficient service to the customers within either their front office or back office functions within the call centre.

Main Duties Call Centre Team Leader

• 121 weekly, monthly and quarterly with your team
• Ensure your team has up-to-date development plans
• Provide ongoing support and advice to team members
• Coach Staff in customer service skills
• Ensure that resources are allocated appropriately to ensure customer service deliverables are maintained
• Agree, set and monitor KPIs so that SLAs are met
• Implement process and controls required to demonstrate compliance with all regulations

As an experienced Team Leader, you will need to possess good interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate experience of communication within a team in a call centre environment. You will need to show experience of team management and have worked in a regulated environment. The ability to develop and deliver customer service skills essential.
