A new low-cost contact centre recruiter will soon officially launch their business.

The company hopes to combine industry specialism with a low-cost resourcing model, to provide a simple alternative to the spiralling costs involved in traditional methods of front-line agent level recruitment.

Designed to support and enhance direct resourcing strategies, Talent Match works alongside a business by providing a qualified and tested shortlist of candidates, for a fixed-rate flat fee, allowing HR and line managers to retain control of the interview, selection and hiring process. The Talent Match approach saves much of the financial and time costs involved in advertising and shortlisting candidates by traditional or direct means.

They also offer a market-leading reach in their advertising scope, working with a wide range job boards and social media to find both active and passive candidates.

Talent Match is a sister company of specialist call and contact centre management resourcers Cactus Search, whose industry expertise and extensive reach with HR specialists has helped to shape Talent Match’s hiring model and resourcing solution.

Feedback from businesses with whom Talent Match have trialled their offering over the past few months has proven highly positive. Business Manager Lorne Stigant said of the company’s launch: “We’re really excited that Talent Match is so close to launching. We’ve put a lot of work in over the last few months, honing our resourcing model, to ensure we can offer a service that really adds value for our clients. It’s a great service at a cost far lower than traditional agencies, and in many instances, at a lower cost than organisations can resource directly for themselves. We firmly believe it’s the future of recruitment!”
