RightNow appoints seasoned executives

RightNow has announced that former Omniture executive Ian Tickle has been appointed Vice President of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).  In addition, RightNow has appointed Marcel Karssen Vice President of EMEA Customer Experience and Operations.

Voxsmart expands mobile phone recording reach with senior appointment

Voxsmart Limited has engaged the services of Paul Manyweathers to assist in the sales and development of its global business.

Focusing initially on the financial services sector, due to the recent changes in the Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulations, that will from November 2011 require all trading made by mobiles to be recorded, Paul will be assisting Voxsmart to deliver the necessary compliant solutions in good time to meet the new rules.  Moving onwards, Paul will be looking to build the applications use into a much wider arena both in the UK and abroad.

“The recent regulation changes are a catalyst for Voxsmart to expand its market leading solutions,” commented Paul Manyweathers.  “This will enable the company to broaden mobile phone recording usage to every business user of mobiles in the future.”


Key senior appointment strengthens Dynmark’s management team

Paul Putman has been appointed as managing director of Mobile Messaging and marketing specialist, Dynmark’s UK office.

He brings with him extensive experience of sales and marketing, EMEA channels and global strategic and outsourcing, having spent time heading up these respective divisions at Symantec Cloud/Messagelabs – a pioneer in SaaS and cloud services –  over a nine-year tenure. During this time he was intimately involved in the stellar revenue growth leading to one of the UK’s largest tech trade sales in history.

Tom Eggemeier appointed Global Sales Leader for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise

Alcatel-Lucent has appointed Tom Eggemeier as Global Sales Leader for Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise.

In this newly created position, Tom will be responsible for driving sales of our Genesys, Communications and Networks products and solutions worldwide through global accounts, channels and strategic alliances that currently include HP and IBM.
