Offer unpaid time off

Need to reduce costs during quiet periods?  Here is a simple technique – offer advisors unpaid time off.  You can still set rules about when and how this is offered, but you may find that some members of staff will be happy with a few extra days off.

It doesn’t cost you anything and you may find that they come back more refreshed at the end of it.
