According to our poll, only 18% of contact centres do not set a target of responding to emails in less than 24 hours, with this figure decreasing to 7% after 48 hours.

  1. I target my team at 10 mins. 24 hours is a long time with the number of people that use Smartphones these days, email is the new text message, instant.
