Reward Your Agents With “Shout Outs”


A simple but fun way to reward your agents is to add “shout outs” to the company intranet, Facebook page or Twitter account to celebrate everyone who pleases a customer or makes a sale.

These live feeds can then be displayed on your wallboards for everyone in the contact centre to see!

  1. We do a simple thing every Friday where we celebrate people, who have been stars that week. They can be selected for anything by anybody. The leadership team gather around them and we read out why they have been nominated. Then post to social media, its the best part of my week!
