South West Awards – Winners Announced


Some of the best contact centres celebrated their success at the South West Contact Centre Awards 2014.

Hosted this year by comedian Rob Beckett, the awards aim to recognise and reward the best Contact Centres and the services they provide – encouraging healthy competition, ongoing improvement and challenging negative perceptions of the Contact Centre Industry.
