This is your chance to take part in our contact centre survey and benchmark your contact centre against others.

By filling in our survey, you will help us to pull together a comprehensive report, enabling us to spot new industry trends. You will later be able to download the report to see how you are performing against other contact centres.

This survey will cover a number of different industry-related topics, and we ask questions such as:

  • How Often Do Your Home Workers Work From Home?
  • What Initiatives Do You Currently Have in the Contact Centre?
  • What Are the Most Important Contact Centre Metrics?

The survey will run until Friday 26th August 2022, with the results being published in November 2022.

Terms and Conditions

To take part in the survey, you should be a contact centre professional, currently working within a contact centre. Anyone found not to be working within the contact centre industry may be removed from the prize draw. (Please use a work email address where possible when completing the survey to help us verify this.)

Once the survey is closed, the winner of the Ooni Pizza Oven will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified by email. The prize is non-exchangeable.

To be entered into the prize draw, all contact details must be filled in. Those who don’t may be removed from the prize draw.
