Here are a couple of homeworking cheat sheets (both for the employee and for the supervisor) that can be used to explore an individual’s suitability for homeworking. The cheat sheets were kindly supplied by Richard Kenny of Plantronics. Plantronics developed these checklists for their internal use when they rolled out homeworking across their European Support Centre in Hoofdorp, Netherlands. The cheat sheets look at the overall suitability of homeworking, as well as identifying any equipment that the company may need to supply. Not all employees are suitable for homeworking (e.g. a young person living at home with their parents). You can read a write-up about how Plantronics adopted homeworking in the contact centre Downloads To download the cheat sheet please click on the links below: Homeworking Checklist (Employee) in Printable Word Format Version: 2 Date Added: 15th June 2022 File Type: .doc File Size: 252 KB Category: Tools Download Link: Download Homeworking Checklist (Employee) in Printable Word Format Version: 2 Date Added: 15th June 2022 File Type: .doc File Size: 252 KB Category: Tools Download Link: Download Author: Jo Robinson Published On: 22nd Feb 2012 - Last modified: 15th Jun 2022 Read more about - Essential Call Centre Tools, checklist, Downloads, Homeworking, Printable Recommended Articles How to Setup a Call Centre from Scratch - The Checklist What to Include in a Homeworking Policy Staff Engagement: How to Motivate Employees – With a Checklist How to Set Up a New Customer Service Centre – The Checklist Contact Centre Reports, Surveys and White Papers Get the latest exciting call centre reports, specialist whitepapers and interesting case-studies.
