Adam Cohen – Supporting Customers in a New Role

Rostrvm Solutions is delighted to announce that Adam Cohen has been appointed as a Sales Support Consultant.

If you’re an existing customer of Rostrvm you may well recognise Adam as he started out in the call centre division of Royal Blue as a programmer, before becoming Support Manager at Rostrvm and then Operations Manager in 2008.

Adam has also been a Test Manager – and can now bring all his knowledge and experience to this new role.

And that is good news, because when you’re buying anything you want someone who knows their product so well they can answer any question.

Not only that, but in the contact centre software arena where there are so many complex requirements to consider, Adam has the expertise to ensure the rostrvm solution is tailored to evolve with the needs of each individual customer. This is rather than taking the ‘one size fits all’ approach.

He has worked in both customer-facing roles and behind the scenes building systems and managing projects so is well aware of the strengths of rostrvm and why he can make a successful business case.

He says, “We’re an independent, British-based company which means we can be agile and react quickly to customer requirements, unlike larger multinationals whose departments are spread out.”

“We really listen to our clients and we also have an excellent Research and Development team, which enables us to get products just right for them.”

Adam explains why he has chosen to stay at Rostrvm. He says, “I’ve always liked the fact that we don’t just have a first-class, flexible product offering but also a dynamic team where you’re not limited to staying in the same role but can develop and grow.”
