Chey Garland receives her CBE 989 Filed under - Archived Content Chey Garland, Founder and Chief Executive of Garlands Call Centres, has collected her CBE from Buckingham Palace. She received her award from the Prince of Wales, after being honoured in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List 2007. Chey was accompanied on her visit to Buckingham Palace by her twin 14-year-old boys, Arran and Callum, and sister Tanya. Chey was thrilled to receive the award, which she received for services to business in the North East.
