Take Part in a Contact Centre Remote Working Survey

The contact centre industry has faced a period like nothing it has ever faced before.

According to Call Centre Helper research, less than a third of contact centres offered homeworking at the end of 2019. Can you imagine how quickly things have changed since then?

Well, we at IST Networks want to find out just how much the contact centre industry has been turned upside-down by the terrible COVID-19 outbreak.

In particular, we want to understand how contact centres are using remote working to serve their customers in these difficult times.

So, we have devised a simple five-question survey that will give us a unique look into the current state of the contact centre industry. It should only take a couple of minutes to fill in.

The survey will ask you about the challenges that come with remote working, the considerations that you had to make before implementing a homeworking initiative, and your perspectives on cloud software.

With the results, we will create an in-depth white paper, backed up by industry-leading expert analysis, which will be shared with all respondents of this survey.

We would like to thank you for taking part in this survey by entering you into a prize draw to win a Google Mesh Home Wifi solution, to boost your wifi to reach every corner of the house.

A prize that will only improve your homeworking experience. Did you see what we did there?

So, what are you waiting for? All you need to do is follow the link to take part in the survey (survey now closed).
