The contact centre is more than just the beating heart of an organisation – it’s also it’s eyes, ears and voice. Ensuring all these functions are in their best possible shape is essential to keep the rest of your business operating effectively.

As with any operation, there is a nervousness to move the contact centre to new UC technologies such as Skype for Business.
