How and Where to Find the Prospective Clients

Call centers are becoming more popular in my country – I have the ability to start this business but I don’t really know how or where to find prospective clients…

Are there any websites where I can bid/offer my services?

Should I prepare the center and hire people first and then look for clients? Or should I find the client first, then prepare everything as per their needs?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Answer for How and Where to Find the Prospective Clients

There are three ways of acquiring clients for call centers.

1. through contacts who are highly placed in certain companies.

2. Web portals that provide B2B business services.

3. Trying to reach some of the businesses in the semi organized and unorganized sector through your contacts with a solid business case.
