We’re looking for forward-thinking contact centre managers to join an online round-table discussion.

As part of a new peer-led initiative, we’ll be running a series of 4 online round-table discussions this summer – using Google Hangout technology.

We are looking for enthusiastic and innovative industry representatives to take part in these live video conference calls – focusing on key issues affecting the industry.

Join our discussion on motivating agents

We’ll be kicking off the series at 1pm on Thursday 13th August with a discussion on how to motivate agents.

  • Games and competitions
  • Removing common barriers to motivation
  • Effective prizes and rewards
  • Tweaking your company culture for everyone’s benefit

How do I join?

  • Email by close of play on Monday 27th July saying why you would like a place on our discussion panel. Please note, spaces are limited.
  • You will need to be available from 12.50pm onwards on the day of the event. This will include a 10 minute set-up/ sound check, and up to an hour of discussion.
  • You will need a webcam.
  • You will also need a Google account. If you don’t have one already, sign up and make sure you have your password and username to hand on the day.

Who can take part?

Contact centre managers and customer service directors are welcome to join our round-table discussion.

Please note, no technology vendors will be allowed to join this live event.
