Sabio Group has secured its place on the UK’s G-Cloud 13 framework, which is managed by Crown Commercial Service.

The digital customer experience (CX) transformation specialist has been awarded a Framework Contract on the 13th iteration of G-Cloud, officially being recognized as a Cloud Software and Cloud Support supplier.

The G-Cloud network assists public sector organizations – such as the NHS and local councils – to find and compare cloud-based services, removing the requirement for a full tender process.

Sabio – which works with public services organizations across the UK, has been awarded Lot 2 and Lot 3 supplier status.

That status now enables Sabio to offer products and services on the framework to organizations searching for specialist cloud technology and services.

Melanie Stevenson, Head of CX Projects for the Public Sector at Sabio Group, said: “We have continuously provided software and services to the UK’s public sector for more than 20 years and our inclusion on the UK’s G-Cloud 13 framework strengthens our reputation in this market further.

“The framework provides a streamlined process for the purchase of technology and digital services and is a crucial service for public sector organizations, providing a faster buying process than compared with entering into individual procurement contracts.

“Our inclusion on the framework is testament to the strength of our business and the expertise and products that we can offer the public sector in the UK.”

The UK Government’s G-Cloud framework was launched in 2012 and is an online digital marketplace that enables public sector organizations to source people and technology for digital projects.

Its latest framework – G-Cloud 13 – replaces G-Cloud 12 and introduces improved terms and conditions, and inclusion of the latest procurement policies, including prompt payment and social value.

Mark Betts, Sabio UK’s Managing Director, added: “Since the launch of G-Cloud, public sector organizations have invested hundreds of millions in cloud-based solutions to improve performance levels and reduce IT costs. Public sector organizations can use the digital marketplace to source and compare cloud-hosting, software and support.

“Our inclusion in this latest iteration is a fantastic achievement by Sabio, and we are absolutely delighted to be represented on the digital marketplace.”

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2021/22, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
