Set up daily briefing sessions


These are lean process meetings held for a maximum of 5 minutes standing up at the start of the day.  They can be used to distribute news and also set the plan of action for the day.  They should be run by the team, so that all members get a chance to run them.  Be careful that they do not turn into “morning prayers”.
