Postcode Anywhere have launched an improved addressing app for Salesforce.
Capture+ combines search-engine style auto-predict technology with worldwide address datasets making entering customer details in Salesforce.com quicker and more accurate.

Manchester City Football Club use Capture+ within its call centre to ensure the accuracy of their contact data, preventing tickets and orders from being dispatched the wrong address.
“The service allows our call centre management operatives to be more efficient and productive and mitigates the risk of tickets being sent to the wrong address,” said Andrew Gilligan, Data and Insights Manager at the Club. “This is not only costly, as we have to rectify the problem, but can be emotionally devastating for our fans.”
Postcode Anywhere will be demonstrating the latest version of Capture+ on booth N1140 at Salesforce.com’s Dreamforce 2014.
