TLTP were searching for a solution to help them better manage their staff and to increase productivity and improve their time management. Managing Director Darryl Mydat states, “as our company has grown larger, our staff inevitably increased and we discovered that it was becoming difficult to monitor day-to-day interaction between our staff, teaching candidates and school support staff. At this point we realised we needed to find a solution that would allow us to oversee our entire business.”

The lost call recovery feature enables customers to see a list of calls that were not successfully answered and therefore enables them to call those customers back. “We wanted to achieve a situation where we could know how long our staff were on a call for, who they were talking to and, most importantly, if there were any calls that for whatever reason our staff did not get around to successfully answering. With Akixi’s lost call recovery this proves to be one of the most important features of the service since it means we do not risk losing any business,” says Darryl.

The wallboard can be customised to suit any business’s specific needs; it offers large individually configurable tiles with alarms that give you an overview of your business. This proves to be a favourite feature of Darryl’s as he says, “the wallboard is very helpful for us to monitor the status of all call activities coming in and out, with percentages and dials incorporated into the wallboard it makes it even easier for us to summarise real time activity.”
