The 22nd UK National Contact Centre Awards close for nominations at midnight on 28th February. That’s just a few days away now!

This year, for the first time, the awards are recognising great teams and organisations as well as individuals. There’s a category for everybody so take a look.

It’s free to enter and you can make as many nominations as you like (you can even enter yourself).

If you haven’t already entered, here are 6 great reasons why you should:

Due to the strategic importance of customer experience, the contact centre is enjoying an ever-higher profile at senior management and board level. There is no better way to demonstrate the importance of you, your team, and your organisation than to have what you do recognised as standing out amongst the work of your peers.

Shortlisted companies will be contacted in March for the second phase of the judging process, which includes face-to-face interviews and site visits from the judging panel of industry-leading figures.

Winners will be announced at a lavish gala dinner on 16th May 2017 to be held at The Brewery in London.
