How Will Your Agents Be Supporting Children in Need?

The Children in Need Appeal Show will be taking place on Friday 14th November… And you don’t have to be taking calls to make a difference!

Last year, BBC’s 2014 Children in Need appeal raised over £32 million.

Here are some tried and tested ideas from other contact centres to help your agents fundraise for Children in Need:

  • Hold an auction for the ‘Best Parking Space’, ‘Extra-Long Breaks’ or the ‘Best Seat’
  • Fancy dress
  • Ask local companies to donate prizes such as cinema tickets for a charity raffle
  • Have an all-day-long Pyjama Party
  • Face painting
  • A ‘Gunge the Manager’ event
  • Charity quiz
  • ‘Decorate the Best Contact Centre Pod’ Competition
  • A ‘Teddy Bear’s Picnic’ Themed Day
