LiveOps for Zendesk has been made available in the Zendesk Apps Marketplace.
This application combines LiveOps’ telephony capabilities with Zendesk’s cloud-based customer service software platform.
Designed to improve agent productivity and customer engagement, the app features a variety of call management tools including:
- Intelligent skills-based inbound call routing
- Quick creation of call flow checklists
- Call-back capabilities for dropped calls
- Call transfer and conference capabilities
- Ongoing activity alerts
- Dashboards for easier tracking
Calls can be delivered to dial-able numbers globally via landlines, mobile numbers, PBX handsets and soft phones. They can also be delivered directly to a PC using a WebRTC-enabled browser running Zendesk, which can remove the need for traditional business phone systems (PBX).
