Manager Rewarded for 25 Years’ Service

A contact centre manager in Sunderland has been recognised for 25 years’ service.

Allison Quinn has worked at Fusion Sunderland (part of the BGL Group) for 25 years, and has progressed her way through the company from telesales advisor to her current role as Contact Centre Manager.

For her commitment to both company and colleagues, she won the Just Be Genuine award at the company ball.

“The shift in technology has dramatically changed the workplace since I first started in telesales, but our strong values remain just the same. I get to work with so many lovely people and the atmosphere is always very supportive,” said Allison. “I was really pleased to win the award but I was so nervous when I found out I had won. The walk up to collect the trophy was one of the longest of my life!”

“Allison always has a smile on her face and is a huge positive influence across the site. Her enthusiasm rubs off on all of her colleagues and she has a great reputation as a caring and supportive manager,” said Alison Kitching, Contact Centre Manager who has worked with Allison for seven years. “Allison is a great example of an individual who truly lives all of the BGL Group values and regularly goes above and beyond what is expected.”
