Talkdesk has introduced Talkdesk Express, a simplified, cost-effective customer service solution for small businesses with up to 50 employees.

Designed to offer enterprise-grade features without the complexity, Talkdesk Express allows small businesses to set up and manage multi-channel customer service operations quickly and easily, with no technical expertise required.

Talkdesk Express is priced on a usage-based model, allowing small businesses to only pay for what they use.
