Customer experience (CX) is a key differentiator for contact centres, but with ever changing goalposts, the need to continue to evolve and keep up to date with changing trends is critical to staying ahead.

Attending CX events and CX conferences is one way contact centre leadership can keep their knowledge (and businesses) up to date.

There are many CX events and conferences to choose from, but knowing which to attend can be a challenge.

With this in mind, we have put together a list of the biggest CX conferences and events in 2024.


Customer Contact Week Australia and NZ (CCW Australia and New Zealand)

Date: February 28 – 01 March, 2024

Location: Australia
