You could also get involved in Make Your Face Funny for Money by stocking up on face paint, or really get the floor buzzing by hiring a professional face painter.
Make Your On-Hold Funny for Money
You could also try changing your on-hold messages.
soh have been working with Comic Relief to come up with some fun messages that are free for every contact centre to use.
The messages ask callers to get involved and donate. They feature the well-known voices of Su Pollard and Redd Pepper (the Hollywood film trailer voice) and others.
It doesn’t matter if you have 10 callers or 10,000 – every single one could make a difference.
You and your customers will be helping to raise much-needed money for the many life-changing projects that Red Nose Day supports.
