Nearly two fifths of industry professionals have never phoned their own contact centre, with a further 19% admitting that it had been over a year since they did so.
Nevertheless, 16% did say that they had done so in the last week and another 19% had done so in the last month, perhaps doing so to keep the agents in their contact centre on red alert.
