Sensee was recognised with two winners trophies at the 2021 European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards’ (ECCCSA) Gala Dinner.
The event took place on the evening of Tuesday 23rd November 2021 at Evolution in Battersea Park, London.
Silver winner for Best Flexible Working Approach, Sensee was also named bronze winner for Best Outsourcing Partnership (small) with its partner Ageas.
