Sensée is extremely proud to have achieved the Disability Confident Level 2 Employer standard.

Sensée, a specialist in work-from-home and hybrid working, is committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, and developing an environment where all employees are treated with respect and understanding. Around 20% of current Sensée employees live with a disability.

The Disability Confident standard was created to help organizations attract, recruit and retain people with disabilities and ensure that people with disabilities have all the opportunities available to fulfil their potential.

“With our UK-wide recruitment reach and remote employee-centric ecosystem, a key element of Sensée’s mission is to create accessible careers for people anywhere and sustainability for our planet and communities,” said Brigitte Gratton, Sensée’s Chief People Officer.

“An important part of the way we drive positive outcomes is by promoting greater inclusivity and accessibility – and we are thrilled to reinforce our commitment to becoming a leading company for people with disabilities through this announcement.”
