A former European Contact Centre of the Year winner, Dan was named CCA Manager of the Year and one of the Top 50 Global Inspiring Leaders. He has judged for CCA and the North East Contact Centre Awards (NECCA) since 2018, serving as NECCA lead judge since 2021.
