Solution

Instead of 20-page maps, Spark provided easy-to-understand diagrams that encouraged engagement and collaboration.
The team could map processes live with clients, demonstrate proposed visions, and secure fast sign-offs. Internally, Spark supported SOP creation, training, and alignment across Shared Services.
For Cielo, Spark became a living document – flexible, adaptable, and always up to date as client relationships grew.
