The team were looking for a solution to help with challenges in process mapping and stakeholder management. The team was relying on MS Visio for process mapping, which lacked a clear methodology.
They had a successful process mapping approach, but as their business took off, the team faced challenges scaling their approach efficiently.

The Result
Implementing Spark yielded significant improvements across Page Outsourcing’s operations including:
- Increased efficiency: Over 110 processes were created within 18 months, averaging more than 20 processes per team member. This is because Spark is so easy to use and has a structured approach, which reduces the time spent on process mapping.
