Sue Duris, MBA, CCXP, is a CX veteran and marketing strategist.
She’s held numerous C-suite, leadership, and management consultant roles. She has built CX programmes from the ground up at several organisations across the globe.
Sue has developed CX strategy, designed journey maps, VoC programmes and customer feedback systems, created customer and operational dashboards, and led governance of CX programmes so they are self-sustaining, across multiple sectors worldwide.
Her passion is in educating organisations on customer centricity; helping leaders champion CX within their organisations; and helping to build and continuously improve sustainable CX programmes – all to drive change to transform the business.
Sue is currently Principal Consultant at M4 Communications, where M4 advises organisations on the their CX and contact centre approaches. Previously, she was Head of Stakeholder Experience for Principles for Responsible Investment, a leader in the ESG space, helping it build and sustain its signatory experience programme.
She writes and speaks frequently, and is an international CX awards judge.
