Tendfor, an AnywhereNow company, has released version 3.19 of its Microsoft-native voice platform.
This has introduced new multi-channel messaging capabilities, expanded AI features, and an updated smartphone interface.
The release is designed to support organizations as customer interactions increasingly span multiple digital channels.
“Customer expectations continue to evolve, and organizations need tools that help them respond with speed and intelligence,” said Emil Emling, CEO, at Tendfor.
“By adding new messaging channels and strengthening our AI capabilities, this latest version enables service teams to deliver sharp, timely support without adding operational complexity.”
The update expands Tendfor’s messaging coverage to include Facebook Messenger, Microsoft Teams Chat, and WhatsApp, alongside existing webchat functionality.
This allows customer enquiries to be routed consistently across channels, whether handled by a live agent or an AI-powered Copilot chatbot.
Version 3.19 also introduces standardized AI features powered by Azure AI, including summarization, sentiment analysis, and evaluation. These capabilities are intended to support quality assurance, workflow optimization, and more consistent service delivery.
Operational updates include improved absence handling through configurable agent work modes and automated absence synchronization, helping teams maintain visibility and continuity during periods of high demand or distributed working.
“Customer engagement is entering a new era defined by intelligence, flexibility, and seamless connection,” said Emling. “By unifying channels and infusing AI at the core, we’re giving organizations the ability to anticipate needs, respond with precision and deliver interactions that feel natural, intuitive and human.”
The release follows a period of growth for Tendfor, including its acquisition by AnywhereNow, which has supported wider global expansion and further investment in platform development and enterprise-scale capabilities.
