Answer just 20 questions about your contact centre for your chance to win an Apple Watch Sport.

We want to find out what is happening in contact centres right now.

From homeworking and outsourcing, to metrics and bonuses, our ’20 Questions About Your Contact Centre’ survey delves into all aspects of contact centre life – including:

  • What barriers stop you from running your dream contact centre?
  • Which telephone numbers do you use in your contact centre?
  • What is your Service Level (SLA) target for email?

The survey will run from 1st April up to 29th April 2015, with results being published in July 2015.

The final report will capture a snapshot view of the contact centre industry in 2015, as witnessed by 500+ current contact centre professionals.

By filling in the survey, you will automatically receive a copy of the final report.

You will also be entered into a prize draw to win an Apple Watch Sport (Terms and Conditions apply – see below for details).

Terms and Conditions

  • To take part in the survey you should be a contact centre professional, currently working within a contact centre. Anyone found not to be working within the contact centre industry may be removed from the prize draw. (Please use a work email address where possible when completing the survey to help us verify this).
  • Once the survey is closed, the winner of the Apple Watch Sport will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified by email. The prize will be non-exchangeable.
  • All people taking part in the survey will get a final copy of the results gathered and any subsequent report created.
  • To be entered into the prize draw for the Apple Watch Sport, all contact details must be filled in. Those who don’t may be removed from the prize draw. Colours available: Green, White, Black, Blue & Pink.
