89% of Contact Centres are Getting Complaints About Noise

According to our poll, nearly nine in every ten contact centres are receiving complaints about noise levels during customer-advisor interactions.

The majority of these complaints seem to be coming from the advisors themselves, with 71% of contact centres confirming that had received objections from their front-line staff.
