Damon currently serves as the Director of Global WFM and Command Center at Fabletics in which he leads a team of 25 WFM analysts, supervisors, and managers who supports 1000 contact center employees located across 17 countries servicing North American and European customer markets with 7 languages for a 24/7 business operation.
Damon has held various workforce management (WFM) leadership and technical consultant roles in the contact center industry for over 15 years.
Damon currently resides in Davao City, Philippines since 2018 where he also serves as the Co-Founder & Principal Analyst of the WFM Pros organization in the Philippines.
