Cloudax has announced that it’s been accepted into the EWOR Traction Fellowship.
The programme provides early-stage companies with investment, mentorship from experienced founders, and access to an international network spanning talent, distribution, and capital.
“There is an enormous amount of noise in the customer experience space right now, with many companies selling the same promise,” said the Cloudax founders.
“We see a clear opportunity to truly disrupt how businesses engage with their customers. A new world is being built, and Cloudax is positioned to be at the centre of that shift.”
Founded to address the limitations of traditional CRM and contact centre platforms, Cloudax is developing AI-native customer communication technology focused on real-time interactions rather than static data storage.
Its platform brings customer contact, context, and intelligence together in a single interface, designed to support faster decision-making and more responsive customer engagement.
As part of the fellowship, Cloudax will continue to refine its technology and operating model while working with mentors and peers across the EWOR network, supporting its next phase of product development and market growth.
