MiaRec has announced the launch of its new conversational analytics tool: Ask AI.
The new solution enables teams to ask natural-language questions, such as “Why are customers cancelling?” or “Which agents are performing best?,” and receive visual, evidence-based insights in seconds.
Tatiana Poly took to LinkedIn calling Ask AI “your always available on-damand AI Analyst – no hiring required.”
According to MiaRec, the goal is to remove the traditional barriers between raw data and business action by eliminating the need for complex dashboards or specialist analysis.
Ask AI uses artificial intelligence to surface key trends from customer interactions, helping organizations identify issues, track performance, and respond faster to emerging opportunities.
The company describes the release as part of a wider move toward “proactive discovery” in customer experience management, shifting from delayed reporting cycles to real-time insight generation.
