Synthflow has launched a new Memory feature that enables AI voice agents to retain context and knowledge across customer interactions.
The update is designed to reduce repetitive verification, streamline calls, and support more efficient resolutions, whether for booking appointments, managing accounts, or handling follow-ups.
The new feature allows agents to remember customer details, preferences, and past conversations beyond a single call.
It also supports collaboration by enabling multiple agents to share memory states, ensures escalations to human agents include full conversation histories, and has been developed with enterprise-grade security standards, including SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR compliance.
“Enterprises want AI that doesn’t just respond in the moment but builds real, ongoing relationships with their customers,” said Hakob Astabatsyan, CEO and co-founder of Synthflow. “Memory unlocks that capability. It’s the difference between a reactive assistant and a reliable, enterprise-ready voice agent.”
The launch comes at a time when phone interactions remain the primary customer contact channel, and BPO firms manage millions of calls daily.
A lack of conversational memory has been a barrier to AI adoption, as customers often prefer human agents when required to repeat details across calls.
Synthflow’s new feature is intended to address this challenge and support complex, multi-touch customer journeys without losing context.
Hakob added: “For customers already using Synthflow’s platform to automate routine calls, Memory means their AI agents can now handle previously impossible use cases.
A customer calling back about an insurance claim doesn’t need to re-explain their situation. A patient scheduling a follow-up appointment doesn’t need to repeat their medical history. Technical support can span multiple sessions without starting from scratch.”
