Last Chance for North East Nominations

Entries for the 2014 North East Contact Centre Awards can be submitted up until Monday 29th September.

The Awards, organised by Sunderland City Council, recognise the very best practitioners in the contact and call centre industry.

There are more than 145 call centres in the North East, employing around 160,000 staff. It is some of these organisations and individuals who can look forward to being rewarded.

The ten available categories feature a range of titles from ‘Customer Experience Superstar’ to ‘Contact Centre Dream Team’, giving individual employees, teams and companies the chance to showcase their skills and achievements.

This year’s event, managed by Sunderland Live, will be dripping in glitz and glamour as the evening takes on an Oscars theme with a North East twist.

“We celebrate how our contact centres here in the North East are amongst the very best on a world stage and that we’re all proud to be part of that amazing success,” said Shona Harper, lead judge from CCP.
