Fusion appoints new team leaders

Fusion Contact Centre Services, part of the BGL Group, has appointed seven new team leaders.

Three of the recruits will take on their new role following internal promotions, after the former advisors took the opportunity to step up and lead their own teams, as part of an initiative to drive career development.

“Developing our people is a big part of what we’re about. It’s important for us to recognise the potential in our employees and act upon it,” said Daren Homewood, Head of Site.

“I had no idea how quickly I could progress – I had only been with Fusion for a year when I was promoted,” said Daniel Ledbury, one of the promoted team leaders. “I was able to gain hands-on, practical experience and was really pleased with the support I’d been given, such as feedback meetings and coaching sessions. I had a fantastic relationship with my team, learning new skills and processes along the way, so I was delighted to have been offered the promotion at the end of it.”
