Employing more than 5% of the working population, the North East is home to some of the largest brand names in the world and has many fantastic success stories of people development. The contact centre sector provides career progression opportunities not seen in many other industries and should be celebrated.

They are passionate about promoting working in a contact centre as a ‘career of choice’ and, in order to do this, need to gather a snapshot of the region’s salary and benefits packages to be able to benchmark against other industries and regions.
